Marketplace Fulfillment
Prep Done Right the First Time
Amazon receiving is unforgiving: one wrong label, one missing polybag or one over-height carton and a shipment gets rerouted, charged a prep fee or refused outright. Our team preps to the current spec, photographs every carton and books the inbound so your units land when the forecast says they should.

What's Included
Marketplace Prep, Replenishment and Fulfillment
Whether units go into Amazon's network or ship direct from ours, the same team handles the prep, the paperwork and the inbound schedule.
How It Works
01
Onboard
We review your catalogue, your prep requirements per ASIN and your replenishment cadence, then set up your account and prep rules.
02
Connect
Seller Central and your other marketplaces connect to our system, so shipment plans, inventory levels and FBM orders all stay in sync.
03
Prep
Units are labelled, bagged, bundled and case-packed to spec, then photographed and scan-verified before the carton is sealed.
04
Replenish
Cartons ship against the shipment plan on your schedule. Anything that comes back as a removal is received, graded and re-prepped.

Every Marketplace You Sell On, One Inventory Pool
Marketplace orders and your own storefront draw from the same stock, so you stop holding separate safety stock per channel and stop overselling the ones that run dry first.

FAQ
FBA Prep Questions, Answered
The questions marketplace sellers ask before handing over prep.
FBA prep is the work Amazon requires before your inventory can enter its fulfillment centres: applying FNSKU labels, poly-bagging, bundling, case-packing to spec and preparing the shipment paperwork. Get it wrong and Amazon charges a prep fee, reroutes the shipment or refuses it.
Yes. Shipment plans routinely split across several destination centres, and we prepare, label and tender each carton to the centre Amazon assigns it.
We do, from the same inventory pool. Units can be prepped and sent into Amazon, or picked and shipped from our warehouse against a seller-fulfilled promise, without holding two separate stocks.
They come back to us, get inspected and graded, and sellable units are relabelled and re-prepped for the next shipment. Unsellable units are held, refurbished or disposed of on your instruction.
A standard replenishment run is prepped and tendered within about 48 hours of the shipment plan. Peak-season runs are scheduled in advance so capacity is reserved before Q4 demand hits.
Yes — including full containers. We handle devanning, count and inspection on arrival, then prep straight into a shipment plan so product never sits idle waiting for a transfer.
