Storage & Cross-Docking

Short-Term Overflow or Long-Term Storage

Racked, bulk and floor-loaded space across our Greater Toronto warehouse network — billed by the pallet you actually occupy, with cross-docking when freight just needs to keep moving.

Warehousing

Space That Flexes With Your Season

Signing a five-year lease to solve a ten-week problem is how brands end up paying for empty square footage in February. Our storage is billed by the pallet or bin you occupy, scales up before peak and back down after it, and sits inside the same facility that picks and packs your orders.

How It Works

01

Scope

Tell us what you are storing, how it arrives and how long it needs to sit. We quote by the pallet, bin or floor position — no square-footage minimums.

02

Schedule

We book your receiving appointment and reserve the space. Most accounts are ready to receive inventory within 48 hours of signing.

03

Receive

Freight is unloaded, counted and inspected against your packing list, then barcoded and put away — with a discrepancy report if anything is short.

04

Release

Call stock off whenever you need it: out to a retailer, out to a marketplace, out to your customers, or straight back out on a cross-dock.

FAQ

Warehousing Questions, Answered

What brands ask before moving inventory into our buildings.

By the pallet position, bin or floor space you actually occupy, billed monthly. There are no square-footage minimums and no charge for space you are not using — which is the main reason overflow with a 3PL usually beats leasing a second unit.

No long lease. Seasonal overflow accounts routinely take space for a single quarter and release it afterwards, and long-term accounts simply keep the positions they need.

Cross-docking is receiving inbound freight and sending it straight back out — re-sorted to its destination — without ever putting it into storage. It suits freight that is already allocated, and it avoids both storage cost and handling time.

Yes. We devan full containers, count and inspect against the packing list, barcode the units and put them away, and send you a discrepancy report if the count does not match.

That is the usual path. Because the inventory is already racked and barcoded in a fulfillment warehouse, switching on pick-and-pack for DTC, retail or marketplace orders is a configuration change rather than a move.

Both facilities are in the Greater Toronto Area — Concord and North York — which puts most of Ontario and Quebec within a short drive and the Northeast US within an easy cross-border lane.
