DTC Fulfillment That Ships in 1–3 Days
Your inventory sits in our Greater Toronto warehouses. Orders drop the moment a customer checks out, and parcels leave the same day — picked, packed and branded the way you would do it yourself.
We ship with every major
North American carrier.
Direct-to-Consumer
Built for the Brands Customers Reorder From
Delivery speed and unboxing are the two parts of your product a customer actually experiences. We treat both as part of the product, not as a cost line — barcode-scanned picking, right-sized cartons, branded inserts and a carrier chosen per parcel rather than per contract.

What's Included
Everything Your Direct-to-Consumer Orders Need
One team, one warehouse network and one bill. Every capability below is run in-house at our Concord and North York facilities — nothing is brokered out to a third warehouse you never get to see.
How It Works
01
Onboard
We map your SKUs, packaging rules and shipping profile, then set up your account. Most brands are receiving inventory within 48 hours of signing.
02
Connect
Your store connects in minutes. Orders flow into our warehouse management system automatically and tracking posts back the moment a parcel is scanned.
03
Send Inventory
Ship us your stock or have your manufacturer deliver direct. We receive, count, barcode and rack it, and you see every unit land.
04
Ship
Orders are picked, packed and rate-shopped the same day. You watch accuracy, transit times and parcel spend in reporting instead of guessing at them.
Integrations
Connects To The Store You Already Run
Orders drop into our warehouse management system the moment they are placed, and tracking numbers post back to your store as soon as a parcel is scanned. No CSV uploads, no re-keying, no nightly batch.
Selling somewhere else? Our REST API and flat-file feeds cover custom storefronts, headless builds and in-house ERPs.
Customer Stories
What Changed After Brands Moved Their DTC Orders
Founders and operations leads on what shifted once fulfillment stopped being the bottleneck.
“A leading DTC beauty brand cut shipping costs by 22% and moved to 2-day national coverage within 90 days of switching to Fulfill360.”
“A subscription box company scaled from 2,000 to 40,000 boxes per month — custom kitting, inserts and all — without adding a single headcount.”
“An apparel retailer consolidated three 3PLs into Fulfill360, lifting order accuracy to 99.9% and cutting returns processing time in half.”
“A marketplace seller eliminated FBA stockouts entirely with proactive replenishment and prep, growing marketplace revenue 3.4× in one year.”
FAQ
DTC Fulfillment Questions, Answered
The things brands ask us before they switch. If yours is not here, ask us directly — we would rather answer it now than after onboarding.
DTC fulfillment is the storage, picking, packing and shipping of orders your customers place directly with you, rather than through a retailer or marketplace. A 3PL like Artcraft holds your inventory, receives each order automatically from your store, packs it to your spec and hands it to a carrier — usually the same day.
Orders received before 2pm local time leave the same business day. From our Greater Toronto facilities that puts most Canadian addresses at 1–3 days in transit, and the majority of the Northeast and Midwest US at 2–4 days.
No. We onboard brands shipping a few hundred orders a month and brands shipping tens of thousands. Pricing scales with volume, so a smaller brand is not subsidising a larger one.
Yes. Custom mailers, boxes, tissue, void fill, stickers, cards and per-cohort inserts are all standard. Send us the materials and the rules and we will pack to them, including different rules for first orders versus repeat orders.
Returns come back to our warehouse, where they are inspected and graded. Sellable units are restocked — typically within 48 hours — and the rest are held, refurbished or disposed of according to the rules you set.
We have onboarded a lot of brands mid-contract. Typically we receive your inventory in parallel while the old provider drains down, so no channel goes dark. Plan on about two weeks from signing to fully cut over.
Storage is billed by the pallet or bin you actually occupy, fulfillment by the order plus a small per-additional-item fee, and shipping at our negotiated carrier rates. No square-footage minimums and no per-SKU charges.
